About These Terms And Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” means Hallmic Investments Pty Ltd, Y Li & H Zhang (Trading as Wideworld Direct) of PO Box 485 Glen Waverley, Victoria. 3150 ABN 44 802 289 870 and “you” means the customer. These Terms and Conditions, together with your Order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products and no other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to any such variation in writing or by email.
Australian Sales Only
We only sell and ship products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside Australia.
Legal Capacity To Transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years old you cannot place orders with Wideworld Direct. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you comply with this age requirement. Should Wideworld Direct or its operators suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction being entered into by a minor then we reserve the right to seek compensation from the parent/s or legal guardian/s of the minor who this breached this condition.
Placing Your Order
You may place orders by completing the Order Form on our website and clicking the “Submit Order” button. We will then issue an Order Number and send it to you by email. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase a product or products that you have selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on our website constitute an invitation to treat. No information contained on our website shall be deemed as an offer by us to supply a product or products although we will make every reasonable effort to do so. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you a order confirmation and/or Tax Invoice by email. However, will not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation process. This process is vital in order to prevent credit card or payment fraud and therefore serves to protect all parties. We, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to refuse orders, terminate accounts and edit or remove content. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email which will also confirm the shipment of the order. If your order is not accepted we will notify you by telephone or email. If payment has been made we will arrange for a full refund.
Payment Options And Processing
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept the following methods of payment;
The quickest method of payment and therefore our preferred method is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or BPAY. Payments may also be made by Bank Cheque or Money Order. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all required information relating to the transaction. Where payment is made by Bank Cheque or Money Order, the order is not processed until we receive such payment. Where orders are placed on a weekend or public holidays, they will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are defined as Monday through to Friday between 9am and 5pm and excluding public holidays.
Please note:
We are unable to accept credit cards that are issued by banks outside Australia.
Debit cards have daily spending limits that may delay processing.
In some cases you may be required to provide further identification.
Payments that require clearance will delay shipment of orders

Wideworld Direct prices and purchases include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated on product listings.
Prices
Wideworld Direct seeks to provide the most competitive pricing on its products. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice.
MRRP (Manufacturers Recommended Retail Price)
The MRRP is a pricing recommendation of the manufacturer and is not mandatory. Customers should note that The MRRP is the applicable indicative price at time of listing and may not reflect current market conditions.
Supply Of Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply the products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming shipment and issue you with a tracking number for each item.
Delivery Of Your Purchases
Delivery time takes up to 10 working days from he date that your payment has been received. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated time frame, circumstances beyond our control can sometimes result in unexpected delays. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery our carrier will leave a card with details of where you can collect or how you can make arrangements for re-delivery. Where delivery is not effective due to customer error or fault and goods are subsequently returned to Wideworld Direct, an additional shipment fee will be charged and must be paid prior to re-delivery. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Your Rights To Return A Product
No refunds, credits or replacements are offered simply because you have changed your mind, made an incorrect choice or failed to accurately provide or verify information when placing an order.
Dead On Arrival Products – “DOA”
A product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of failure or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging. We will provisionally determine whether the product is classified as DOA and arrange to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Refunds will only be offered when a replacement item is unavailable. If the product is deemed by us not to be DOA then we may, at our absolute discretion, reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund.
After Delivery:
If a defect arises after delivery and a valid claim is made in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, we will replace the product or offer a refund if the product is unavailable. If a product becomes defective after the fourteen day period we will assess the claim on its merit. If we approve a claim after fourteen days and offer to replace the product the shipment costs will be payable by the customer. The delivery timeframe for replacement products will be the same as the original shipment. Replacement products are provided with the same limited warranty as the DOA product. Customers claiming a replacement product must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) prior to shipment.
Manufacturers Warranty:
Some products are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturer in accordance with warranty information in the product listing. In these cases, the customer will be directed to deal, in the first instance, with the manufacturer, its agent or, service provider. We will assist and monitor this process and ensure that the customers rights and entitlements are met promptly and adequately.
Our Liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or otherwise. Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you will under no circumstances exceed the amount paid or payable by you to us in respect of the product or products in question.
Your Data – Use And Protection
All your personal information is stored on our own dedicated secure servers to protect against unauthorized access. Data is encrypted during transmission using the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personal information is kept secure at all times. By placing your order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from you for the purpose of processing your order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of the order form, by placing your order, you also agree that we may use such data, other than your Credit Card details, to provide you with information from time to time on products that we believe may be of interest to you. You have the option on the order form to not agree to us using the data for this purpose. You are entitled to request a copy of personal data stored by us. An administration charge may be applied for this service. Any request for a copy of personal data must be supported by stringent proof of identification. Please refer to our Privacy policy.
Credit Card Fraud
Whilst Wideworld Direct employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for our customer transactions, we will not be responsible for any damages and/or direct or indirect consequential losses suffered by a customer as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of a credit card. Customers can maintain the security of the website by not leaving it unattended so that others can access or view personal information. Always exit any on-line shopping site before leaving your computer unattended.

General
You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions in whole or part without the prior written consent of Wideworld Direct. Any unauthosised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any part of the Terms and Conditions is held by competent authority to be invalid or not enforceable it will not deem or imply that the validity of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions are affected. Our failure to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such Terms and Conditions or in no way effect the right to enforce such in future. Wideworld Direct reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions without notice. No employee or agent of Wideworld Direct has the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of any sale.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay in performing any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such a delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
The separate or additional statutory rights of individuals are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
