Supply Of Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply the products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming shipment and issue you with a tracking number for each item. Customers will be notified within 2 day's if we are unable to supply goods.
Delivery Of Your Purchases
Delivery time takes up to 10 working days from he date that your payment has been received. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated time frame, circumstances beyond our control can sometimes result in unexpected delays. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no one is available to take delivery our carrier will leave a card with details of where you can collect or how you can make arrangements for re-delivery. Where delivery is not effective due to customer error or fault and goods are subsequently returned to Wideworld Direct, an additional shipment fee will be charged and must be paid prior to re-delivery. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
